Funding Sources

Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA)

Created to help enhance the quality and supply of affordable homes and apartments for older adults, PHFA provides a variety of funding to support the development of affordable homes and apartments. The Agency operates homeownership programs, rental housing development initiatives, and a foreclosure prevention effort. The Redevelopment Authority currently serves as a packager for PHFA's Renovate & Repair Program and provides PHFA homebuyer counseling.
