Federal Home Loan Bank - Affordable Housing Program (FHLB-AHP)

The Federal Home Loan Bank - Affordable Housing Program (FHLB-AHP) provides funding to help make housing affordable for households at or below 80 percent of median income. The program provides direct subsidies, grants, and loans, and can be used for single- and multi-family housing, new construction, and rehabilitation. FHLB-AHP funds are competitive and have been used by RACF to complement the Homeowner Rehabilitation Program. In the past, RACF submitted an application for FHLB-AHP funding to support its Homebuyer Development Program.
