Funding Sources

Infrastructure and Facilities Improvement Program (IFIP)

The Infrastructure and Facilities Improvement Program (IFIP) is a multi-year grant program where the funding supports the debt service of large-scale development projects. The funding can be used for new industrial or retail buildings, hospitals, hotels, or convention centers. The Authority has received over $16.5 million in IFIP funding to support development at the Fayette County Business Park and the Fayette Regional Health System Expansion and Renovation Project.
