Funding Sources

Pennsylvania Housing and Redevelopment Assistance (HRA) Program

HRA funding is provided to municipalities and redevelopment authorities through the Commonwealth's Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) and is intended to support the implementation of local community and economic development initiatives. The Redevelopment Authority has received HRA funding in the past for several local community development initiatives, including the Brownsville Redevelopment Initiative.
